NOT LICENSED, NOT INSURED, CROOK

NO PERMITS, MAJOR RIP OFF. NOT LICENSED, BONDED NOR IS HE INSURED AS REQUIRED BY THE CSLB. CHANGED A/C DAMAGED THE MOBLEHOME INSTALLED A HEATER WITHOUT A PERMIT AND THE NEW ONE IS NOT MOBLEHOME RATED . NOW A MAJOR FINE AND THE UNIT HAS TO BE REPLACED... NO LICENSE OWNER HAS NO RECORSE... AND HE SAYS HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING... GOOD LUCK
