What wonderful service and work. Called on a Wednesday, met appraiser Thursday and the owner that evening. The HVAC units were delivered on Friday and installed by 2pm on Saturday. The owner came back on Tuesday evening (Monday was a holiday), and inspected the work. We are happy to refer Kagels to our friends and family. Thank you, The Birds.
