Lou and his workers did an amazing job on my new kitchen. I had a few different people give me estimates, and Lou pointed out things that other contractors failed to even notice. He was recommended to me from a friend who had a great experience. The Top to Bottom crew was professional, on time and a pleasure to have in my house. I would recommend their work any day

We have used Lou (Top to Bottom) for several projects: renovating a bathroom, a kitchen, siding and windows and more. The work performed was outstanding. Lou and all of his associates were professional and courteous and a pleasure to have at our home. We will use them again and have and will recommend to our friends and neighbors.

Lou, the Marios', Bob and everyone else associated with Top to Bottom were outstanding. Their professionalism and work ethic was wonderful. From Lou suggesting changes I never would have thought of in my kitchen renovation, that turned out awesome, to the guys implementing everything with precision and care. If your looking for a contractor that does it all from 'top to bottom' look no further. Lou is an honest and conscientious young man with integrity and takes pride in his work. I know there are plenty of contractors who take advantage of women, I'm so glad I read his reviews because there all true. He stayed within my budget as much as possible considering I just wanted a cosmetic make over ending up needing a whole structure job. Lou and his crew are an awesome team. I highly recommend them. As a matter of fact he will do my porch as well.. You can't go wrong with this contractor.

We had been wanting to renovate our kitchen for a while, but did not feel comfortable pressing forward until we were recommended Lou Vincent and Top to Bottom. He was very informative and helpful every step of the way in what could have been an extremely overwhelming process. His team, especially the two Marios, were professional and very friendly to boot! We got a top of the line kitchen that looks incredible and stayed within budget. They exceeded our expectations with their craftsmanship and detail. We were so comfortable and pleased with them, we also had our powder room and part of our basement done. We will always call Lou and Top to Bottom for any future home products. They are the best!

Lou Vincent and the whole Top to Bottom team are wonderful! They are professional, completely reliable, extremely honest, and their prices are unbeatable. Lou/Top2Bottom just finished eight weeks of renovations in our home and I can truly say that my family and I are sad to see Lou and his team go! We started with a kitchen reno (see above pictures) that took an original 1962 kitchen to the studs and brought it up to date. While Lou was there, we also had him gut our main family bathroom, our powder room, repair and paint our living room/dining room, and also replace a mudroom/entry floor. Lou and his team had to do plumbing, electrical, windows, flooring, layout changes, lighting, cabinetry, custom woodwork, appliance installation, and more. He is great about staying on budget, his timeline was 100% accurate, and he is completely accessible while he is working. Many of our neighbors commented about the fact that they could set their clocks according to the arrival of the work trucks every day. I can not say enough about Top2Bottom and Lou Vincent. We will DEFINITELY hire Lou and Top2Bottom again.

We started with a small job, and were so satisfied we have had many more, including roof and kitchen renovation. Always on time, communicates well, coordinates deliveries so as not to have down time, and works with your budget!

He's done both small and large jobs for us, and most recently (just finished) a major renovation, including a kitchen redo, the painting of several rooms, and hardwood floor refinishing. Every room turned out better than expected, and the kitchen is outstanding, despite the confines of a small space with a lot of age. And, being an old home, several unexpected issues popped up along the way ... Lou handled these with great expertise and care. You simply can not get better work done for the money. He will always be our first call.

Lou and his team did an excellent job understanding my needs and budget and gave me the best results possible within my budget. I selected Top To Bottom painting to initially provide me with a quote to paint my entire home interior and, when I decided to completely renovate the house, employed them to do everything from "top to bottom." Lou Vincent and his team provided me with a beautiful new kitchen and master bath as well as renovating the basement and painting all main interior spaces. He was even able to complete rebuild a termite infested wall.

I contacted Top2Bottom to paint the exterior of my two story row home. My situation is like many, I work long hours and wouldn't be home while the work was done. Lou gave me a fair and logical estimate and finished the project as scheduled for the price he quoted. I was very happy with the Service. One a side note, many smaller contractors act like small contractors. Top2Bottom provided a professional estimate and kept in contact with me via email if there were any questions.
