I was very disappointed in the service I received. The repair was not diagnosed correctly and therefore the problem was unsolved. I contacted through email to ask for a discounted rate as we now had to have another person come fix the issue they should have fixed and was ignored. I contacted by phone and was met with hostility, name calling and was told to take him to court over it. I will take my business elsewhere and would not recommend this company. I will be going through the BBB to have my issue resolved. But due to their lack of customer service skills I would not use Arsenault Plumbing.

Arsenault Plumbing is excellent work. Their communication skills with clients is not. The first time I called them they came a day early and I was out of town. The second time emails and phone calls went unanswered. My tenants were inconvenienced by a kitchen plumbing problem that Arsenault took 3 business days and 5 calendar days to fix. It's a shame because their work is very good.
