Cochran Auction Complex and Cochran Auctioneers & Associates were begun in 1972 by James G. Cochran, our President, CEO and Head Auctioneer. Our company has won several nationally recognized awards for our auction brochures and marketing. Thomas E. Bikle is our Director of Marketing and Real Estate. At Cochran Auctioneers, we conduct successful auctions and we make friends. We do both by providing the best possible results. We also know that service -- sincere, friendly service -- is the only way we can return the trust and confidence you place in us. We hold auctions on site at you home, farm or business or at our modern Auction Complex located conveniently along Maryland Route 66 at 7704 Mapleville Road just north of Boonsboro, Maryland. Our auction complex is protected by Dynamark Security Centers. Commission rates for our complex consignment auctions include set up, advertising and the auctioning of your items. An additional fee is charged if we pick up and transport auction items from your location to our facility.
