Constantly tearing up the end of driveway instead of parking on road, now haven't picked up trash for two weeks but still charging me for service. No answer when called, will see if trash is picked up today. not happy with service

Worst trash service ever. Since they are the only trash service in the area they can pretty much get away with what they want. They charge different prices according to who knows what criteria. If you have a problem the receptionist immediately goes on the defensive. Lived in many places and this is by far the worst trash pick up I've ever had.

Its been three weeks and my trash can is so full I'm having to take some of it to the dump myself. Please start getting my trash or we will get someone else. Thks Shane

Jay's Trash has picked up my trash on a regular basis. Now that I can't drive anymore, I am totally dependent up their service. I couldn't be in better hands. Once they missed and I called and they came out that day and got what they'd missed.

I am so disgusted. They WILL NOT send me a bill and they refuse to pick up my trash! I have called them and they just say, we sent you the bill, why haven't you paid it? You've had all this time, why haven't you paid it? BECAUSE I HAVEN"T GOTTEN A BILL!!! I am sick of calling and them and them blaming the whole ordeal on me. I file everything, and I haven't recieved a bill!!! Something really needs to be done.
