Good food, BAD SERVICE. I really love village pizza's food and they usually have excellent service. However, a few weeks ago we placed an order over the phone. When we arrived to pick it up, they had gotten the order wrong. We had ordered pepperoni and olive but they had given us sausage and olive. We had paid before looking at the pizza because they had always gotten our food correct in the past. When we asked for a new pizza (all we did was open the box to look at it), they refused to exchange the old pizza for a new one. We ended up having to BUY ANOTHER PIZZA because they were so adamant about hearing us correctly over the phone. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO THAT WOULD NOT EXCHANGE AN INCORRECT ORDER!!! Needless to say, it has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I have not been to Village Pizza since (no pun intended). I mean, even McDonald's will exchange food that they got wrong.

this is by far the best pizza in the area.
