Worst Customer Service ever! I am a new client and this place cancelled my appointment and made me wait 1 week to get into another appointment because the therapist I was going to quit. The scheduler didn't even apologize and basically told me that peoples schedules change and they have no control over it. I mean I could understand if she showed a little concern for my schedule. But the front desk gals attitude was uncalled for! I complained to the Manager there and got no where as well. I wonder if the owners know just how terrible their Customer Service staff are. Once they start seeing how many customers are leaving perhaps they'll catch a clue. The staff won't give out the owners information for you to complain... hence, complaints will be made publicly until the owners respond and change their practices for disputes.
