We have no affiliation with these guys. They just finished putting a roof on our house. Their bid wasn't the lowest but on the lower end. We knew we had some issues in one area and I talked to each company’s estimator. These guys had great ideas on how to fix things correctly so we went with them. I can tell you what a good decision that was. When we opened the roof up we found the original builder had really messed up. We had rafters that were twisted by as much as 45 degrees. It was ugly. These guys came up a good fix for each condition. I used to be a builder so I'm really familiar with this whole process. These guys took no shortcuts, they fixed things the way they should have been when this place was built. Having dealt with roofers on plenty of occasions, I was really surprised at just how fair these guys were. We had a lot of moldy plywood because of venting issues. They had to replace a bunch of it and didn't gouge me on the price. Shocker. We had some rain hit on one day and they made sure we stayed dry. The actual roofers were great! Friendly, knew what they were doing and took care of the house. They kept things clean every day and the final cleanup was very well done. The roof looks amazing. My mold allergies totally stopped, woohoo!! I'm an old guy and having been in this business, I've dealt with a lot of different contractors. These guys are as good as it gets and as fair as I've ever seen. Couldn't be happier!
