Provided by YP.comMy husband and I purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer from Quality Appliances when we purchased our home 8 months ago. The washer still works, but the dryer has already stopped working. While I knew the washer and dryer were refurbished and reconditioned and that the warranty on the purchase was only 30 days, I had hoped they would last longer than 8 months as they still cost a good bit of money although used. I called quality appliances and was reminded of the 30 day warranty and told I could bring the dryer in to be looked at it, but repairs would be at my cost of course. Purchased a new dryer at Lowes that actually cost less than the one purchased at Quality Appliances. Wont be back.

Provided by SuperpagesAs a local landlord, it's GREAT to walk-in, purchase a nice clean stove or fridge that WORKS and is warrantied, and walk out. And the quick turnaround makes my tenants happy too!

Provided by YP.comI just wanted to start off by saying that I had a great experience with Quality Appliances in Bonne Terre. My husband travels for work so when our stove went out I was afraid I would have to survive weeks without being able to prepare a real dinner for my kids and I. I was recommended to Quality Appliances by a friend from church and the process ended up being so simple! I picked out the used stove I wanted (It looked brand new!) and they delivered it right to my door, then taking my old one out and didn't charge me a dime. I am so grateful to the workers there, they knew exactly what they were talking about. I will definitely be back!

Provided by YP.comI'm sorry this woman is so unhappy. Problem began at the end of our first conversation when she dropped the bomb on me I would have to physically remove said item which was still wired-up and "Built In" to the cabinetry. Normally these items are self standing or pre-removed for out pick up. She was to return the call later that day to verify the time frame, at which time we had decided it was a nice offer, but not one I could accomplish alone or use, so we were to cancel the transaction when she called back, which didn't happen until the next morning. She was upset and talking over me, so I explained I wasn't going to argue with her, she could keep the stove. Hope she finds someone else to provide the free labor and haul-off she wants.
