Hired Pinch a Penny 10 months ago to take care of my (New) pool. Big mistake. Problems from the beginning - Techs don't show, Techs don't know what they're doing, Techs spend less than five minutes on site - I bought the top of the line package and paid a year in advance.
Too many calls to the store...Too many in store visits...Owner refuses to call me
Total brain damage...
Buyer beware - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

i feel the complet opposite of what that rivew saysthey are one of the most helpfull compannys in the retail buissnes they are very knowledgeable and they are greatPINCH A PENNY IN BONITA IS SOMEWHERE YOU HAVE TO GO AND YOU WILL FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF HOW GOOD THEY ARE

Horrible company run by an even more incapable owner. Will never do business with them again and would advise you to look elsewhere for your pool needs.
