OMG, I LOVE Loretta's Bridal Boutique! I was in town visiting family and they could not have been more helpful! Carina was so nice and knew exactly what dress to put on me. Thank you so much! I left with my dress and I am so happy!

My daughter had to order a bridesmaid dress from this company. We had a professional seamstress measure so that everything would be accurate. My daughter is 5'3 and 125 pounds...typically wears a petite size four. Loretta INSISTED she order a size 10. We talked her into ordering size 8. When the dress arrived it was huge, as we expected. We called Loretta to see how she could help the situation, since it was her fault we ordered such a large size, She gave a lame excuse about different designers have different sizing. If she were a professional, she would know her designers better and not cause extra alterations. We suggested she pay for the alterations to make up for it---a true professional would have done that. There is NO customer service here...she didn't care at all. I would NEVER use this business
