My daughter was seen by their Cape location for 2 years, and they definitely care more about the monetary aspect than patient care. The entire process revolves around a lot of extra charges. And I have great dental insurance.

Beware of surprise "behavior management charge" in excess of $125 that is not covered by insurance. If your child shows anxiety of having teeth extracted (wow , how unusual) and they have to spend more time with your child you will be charged this fee. Pediatric dentists are trained in child behavior and therefore one would assume to be more patient and understanding. At least we got an apology afterwards. I wont return to any place that charges a fee before telling me up front. sorry.

Went for a consult and second opinion. Dr. Taylor was awesome at answering all my questions. Helped me feel at ease with the surgery my 2 1/2 yr. oid Son needs. Jackie was awesome informing me when I set up the appt. I would definitely travel from Cape Coral again.
