My name is Ken Coker and I am a Senior Mortgage Loan office with CrossCountry Mortgage LLC.I am a husband, father of three children and grandfather of five, ages 8 years old to 7 months old.. My wife, children and grandchildren are the single most important things in my life. I could actually switch children and grandchildren. Just kidding.The second important part of my life is the charity work I am committed to is with BestBuddies Southwest Florida. Best Buddies mission is Inclusion of Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. They support many programs from elementary students to adults and pair students with disabilities to students without and make a commitment to each other. Thus Best Buddies. I have been involved with BB since 2019 and was crowned Champion of the Year in 2019. My commitment to BB is paramount because I truly believe we should give back to our community in any way we can.Now to business: I have just completed my 7th year in putting families in homes whether they are first time home buyers, buying up and down, purchasing second homes in the great State of Florida or investment properties. Our company continues to give us the programs that set us apart from everyone else. Truly, I believe if there is a way to put the buyer in that home my team and I will find it. We really are Crazy Good at What we Do!!!I answer my phone 7 days a week and if I cant answer you will receive a call back same day. Usually within an hour. I am a firm believer if you dont ask the question no one will give you the answer. We Will! As Loan Officers we know how to put your file together to keep it moving in a positive direction.I work with the mantra that if everyone does their job we will close your loan in 24 days or less. This starts with the buyer, their agent in tandem with the sellers agent, title company and insurance company. The tip of the spear is ME AND MY TEAM. We will always commit to getting it done. I can do any loan out there but I am very strong in VA, FHA, Second homes and DSCR.
