We had P&P come to see why our Mitsubishi Mr. Slim was not working properly. They came promptly and did a thorough check on the system inside and out. It was discovered that in the initial setup of the system, some tubing hadn't been tightened and kept leaking our freon. They gave a full explanation and fixed the problem in less than two hours.
