Awesome dental office! The staff was all so friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Crowl was so personable and seems to truly care about his patients. I will be returning for all my dental needs!

Best dental office I have EVER been to. Very friendly staff, very clean, beautiful office. They always answer any questions I may have. I have been to some real doozies of dental offices and this office is by far top notch, heads and tails above the rest. The hygienists are great and the doctors are so good about explaining what you need and why. I am so glad we tried Hidden Lakes Dental! I highly recommend this office if you are looking for one.

I've had great visits with Dr. Crowl and his staff. I'm freaky about dental work, and haven't been to a dentist in a while because of it. They were able to sedate me and get the work done, and I really don't remember much about the visit. Way to go!

Dr Gallos has really done an incredible job. I cannot ever change doctors. I never leave feedbacks. I just felt obligated if you feel nervous, he really is the best!

I'm sure your comment should be directed toward your poor insurance coverage, not the clinic that took care of you. Next time you are in the hospital ask "is this covered" before any blood draw, any medication is given, and before any x-ray is taken. Health care is expensive. Especially when the doctors are good.

I know dentists are expensive, but this one is out of line - the doctor performed a service that he knew would NOT be covered by our insurance (without warning) and we had to cover those costs out of our pocket!

I have spend thousands here! never again! always been in good standing with them. always PAID THEM UP FRONT. MY FILLING FELL OFF. WAS IN GREAT!!! PAIN!! ASKED IF THEY CAN TAKE CARE OF ME AND IF THEY CAN BILL ME .DUE TO THE FACT THAT I GET PAID IN A FEW DAYS AND THAT I WAS TIGHT ON CASH AT THE MOMENT.(I alway paid them for service for my kids and i up front.)My insurance pays them 80%to 90% of the cost. I was up front if they can take care of me and bill me I'll pay them in a few days! NO MONEY NO SERVICE. IN GREAT PAIN WHO CARES. (NO POSTED DATED CHECKS ). CREDIT CARD OR C.O.D OR GET OUT! I FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING BLACKMALED. WENT DOWN THE STREET FOUND A DENTIST WHO CARES .GAVE HIM MY INSURANCE CARD HE BILLED ME I PAID HIM.AND HE HAS MY BUSINESS.
