Beware of this restaurant! The carry out service is poor! Called and explained the problem, asked for a solution. Legitimate complaint regarding order being incorrect. I was transferred to the bar and spoke with Joe. Needless to say, no resolve. Joe took no accountability.



High end places will bend over backward for you, but smaller places like the bar/restaurant no resolution, instead I'm blamed. Any restaurant that cares about its customers will try to make things right. Joe's response was "OK".

I was so excited when I found out Cheddars was coming to Norman!! It is a great place to eat, food quality is very high, and the price is lower than most chain restaurants. This location is beautiful, not to fancy but elegant enough for a date. I love the spinach dip!! They are new, so the occasional hiccup is to be expected, but we were pleasantly surprised by how well everything went on our first visit. One of the best things about Cheddars is their commitment to the guest; management and staff are always quick to do what is necessary to make it right. Try the chicken tenders, potato soup, oriental salad, and the finger-licking ribs - yum! It's all good!
