The Westside Drive-In has been in operation since 1957, and was purchased by Chef Lou in 1994. His goal was to bring his experience as a classically trained chef to the setting of a '50s-era drive-in restaurant. The resulting restaurant was a hit, and is known all across the Treasure Valley. The Westside was featured on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" on the Food Network in 2009! Join us at one of our two locations to try a selection from our expansive made-from-scratch menu and immerse yourself in the nostalgia of a bygone era!

Where to start cheeseburger had no flavor no taste, grilled ham and cheese tasted like peppers, prime rib dip way over cooked, Philly sandwich Ruben sause usually is thousand island dressing not here it has horseradish in it, fries too salty. I don't care if diners dives and drive inns filmed there and it is legendary in the treasure valley absolutely the worst food I've had here on my trip to Boise.

Too much lettuce

The hamburgers have too much lettuce on them. Also prices are high. Will go back because our car club likes to show up there.
