I called TSS to get a quote for what we were told was a burned out motor on a compressor for our office building. The tech came out and took a look at the compressor and determined it was just a fuse. He replaced the fuses, monitored the unit and saved us thousands of dollars for digging a little deeper! I called Total System Services today and placed a service call for my air conditioner. I was excited when I was told that I would get service the same day that I called. The technician arrived within the time frame that I was told, explained everything he would need to do to repair my air conditioner and what it would cost. We are so pleased with our our new heating system. The installers were great, very professional and we saved on heating bills this last winter. We had all new furnace, duct work and water heater installed and are happy with everything. They seem like they go the extra mile to make the customer happy and everyone is so nice to work with.
