My mom purchased 2 Groupon certificates for a massage & facial from Massage and Skin Care Solutions. One for a friend of hers & she gave me one for my birthday end of September. When I called to set my appointment, I reached a machine several times, when I finally got to talk to someone they were less than nice. My mom's friend said the same & now since talking to several of my friends I guess rude staff/employees is the norm for this business. My husband called to voice his opinion and the "owner" chewed his head off stating if we were going to complain then she didn't want our business. My husband then asked if she was a member of the BBB to file a formal comlaint and she said NO, she then bashed him and his company (which had nothing to do with the business transaction for her massage parlor) stating he "threatened" her. They DO NOT know how to handle incoming business or how to properly handle their customers, I recommend you DO NOT GO HERE!

Great service! Relaxing atmosphere with experienced and massage therapist. It was a great way to spend the day. My mother and I both had the Ultimate Treatment ( a 1 massage followed by a 1 hour facial) It was amazing and priced right for a mothers day treat at only $70 for each of us. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality services at good prices!
