I had never used a collection agency before and found the staff at Intermountain were very easy to work with. What amazes me is that try as I might I couldn't get some of my customers to pay me. After forwarding these accounts, I actually had a check the following month. If your business needs help with past due invoices, you certainly should at least call these guys and see if they can help.
