Took a ring & necklace in on a Wednesday to be appraised and had it back next day. Took the time to go over complete written appraisal and answered any questions I had. All this was done for $120. Another place I contacted said would have to drop the jewelry off for two (2) weeks & cost would be $250. Will go back if have any other needs. Nice and professional.

When I arrived at this store location I was just wanting to get a price on some precious metals I had in my position. I was immediately welcomed, and the assessed my metals I was wanting to sell. He explained everything to me and how is worked for payment. I was invited back to watch him test my individual pieces I was wanting to sell, and several surprised us both. We then added up my values, and I was asked for ID and signed the document for sale of my metals. He was very kind and friendly. He was obviously very knowledgeable and not afraid of sharing his knowledge with me or helping me to understand what this process was all about. This was my first time doing this so I was greatly relieved to have had such a great experience. I would recommend and/or use this company again.
