I called and said I hit a pole and they said "say no more, bring it in and we'll take care of you." They didn't make me feel bad about my careless mistake. They were timely. They made it super easy. They did a great job communicating with my insurance company. My car looks brand new again. The guys at Harold's are awesome!!!

The guy at the counter was very rude and insulting when we took a company vehicle in for repairs. He complained about necessary work items in the vehicle and made disparaging remarks about our profession. Definitely would not recommend due to lack of professionalism.
