I went to several assisted living facilities to do research for a family member in need a place like this. I am very detailed and do not take a matter like assisted living for a family member lightly. Over the course of a couple months the turnover rate was high. The employees seemed inexperienced and under qualified and one of the RN's was very rude and was yelling at her co-workers right in front of my family.I would never choose a facility where the employees act like this. I can only image how they treat the residents when the family isn't around. For the residents sake I hope this was only when I visited and not an ongoing thing.
