Very professional tech; well mannered and respectful, gave me all options and very patient with all my questions regarding washing machine repair. Very fair charge for services. Would definitely use this company again!

True customer service based repiar!

The reviewers who provided negative reviews are out of touch with reality. I have had Easy's repair my stove, microwave, refrigerator and dryer. They are always prompt and accommodating. They show up when they are schedule to do so or within a time window that is reasonable. Their staff is thorough and doesn't leave until they are certain we are happy. I will not use any other repair service in Boise, why would you? The reality in life is that things break... it isn't the repairmen’s fault. There is no other repair shop I would use for any product in my house including the washer and dryer purchased at Sears. The same two repairmen come to my house each time I have a repair. They are trustworthy.

Professional and Knowledgeable Service

JC is a knowledgeable repairman. He shows up when scheduled and calls first to let us know he is on his way. They are not the cheapest, but time is money which I learned the hard way. They quickly assess the problem and don't charge until the issue is resolved. Highly recommend them.

This company can do repairs!

I have Easy's out to repair my refrigerator and washer. They know lots about all brands. I have Bosch and they knew just what to do. They even showed me how to fix some things myself. They charge very reasonable rates, but mostly, they repair what is broken. They are very good at figuring out what the problem is. I highly recommend

Good service from Easy's Repair

I have had Easy's out three times in the last ten years - twice for the washer and once for the dryer. The first two calls were due to infrastructure issues (electrical surge and improper venting installed when the house was built). This time it was just wear and tear on the drain pump in the washer. My Fisher and Paykel set is almost 10 year old and I'm still happy with it and with Easy's. They have been prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and fair in their pricing. As with KTH my experiences with Easy's have been completely satisfactory and they were generous with advice on how to prevent future problems.

Wow what planet are you two from?? I moved to Boise in the early sixties and have purchased four homes with appliances and furniture from Jims Appliance. I have also had Easys out on several service calls both in and out of warranty. They have always been on time and very professional in there dealings with me. The last time they were out was the same problem as the first person the thing would not drain. Not only did they clean out the pump but did so at exactly what the lady on the phone quoted me. Then showed me how to clean the trap out myself, I was very pleased with the whole experience. Talked to several people I work with they all had front load washers of several brands, guess what ITS NORMAL!! I have learned one thing over the years if you want trouble by your applinces and service from SEARS!!! Then you will really have a reason to be upset!!

Easy's is not easy

Unreliable. They were more than 1/2 hour late and didn't even call ahead to notify me. Their service charges were too high for work performed. Most dissappointing, they will double-bill you if you are not keen on keeping track of your pocketbook. They should be more reputable for being a local business.

Conflicting information

I have not been impressed by this repair company. They operate hand in hand with Jim's Appliance of Boise, and they don't stand behind the products once they sell them. ###GE Washer - Nothing but problems. Tried to blame on me for leaving change and objects in pockets and washing machine sucking them into the pump. Called GE direct and they swore up and down that their washer should not be doing that, that under very rare circumstances a dime MIGHT be able to pass through.... not $5 worth of change. Easy's said they were wrong and didn't know what they were talking about. So we have the MANUFACTURER of the washer saying there is something wrong with it, and then the repair company denying it. Now the washer is blowing the electricity out in the house. They are trying to blame it on the change being in the strainer. I have been cleaning the strainer out on a regular basis and nothing has been blocking the pump. Now I've been run around for so long I no longer have a warranty
