Bought my second car from Easy auto sales I love my car, quality car at fair price I will definitely be back for another car.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing several cars with Easy Auto Sales. Never had a problem with the vehicle besides basic maintenance repairs. Will defiantly purchase from again.

I was able to get a call back on a vehicle the very next morning. The sales rep was upfront and very helpful. He knew I was looking for a specific vehicle mileage and engine size, and this was not going to work. I would call them again.

My experience with Easy Auto was definitely positive. I didn't feel pressured to purchase the vehicle I was interested in (like at most dealerships). I even left the lot and returned at a later time. My credit is not good because of a previous BK, but they were able to get me financed (not at 0%, but I live in reality and knew I would pay a higher rate). They even suggested refinancing at lower rate once I have made a few payments. The car I purchased needed a few cosmetic touch-ups. It was done within the timeframe they quoted and I was very happy when I drove my car off the lot.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I recently purchased a BMW from them. I initially loved it but when I took it for a test-drive I noticed an issue when it climbed to higher speeds. They told me they would fix “whatever is wrong with it” if I agreed to buy it. They seemed like friendly, family-oriented people so I trusted them. Bad move. Long story short, the car was taken immediately to his mechanic who informed us that there is over $ 10,000 worth of repairs that need to be completed-this is almost equivalent to the cost of the car!! To make matters worse it has been over a month and I still don’t have the car as we’re doing all we can to get our money back. Nick initially said he’d give us our money back, but lied about that also. Now we are stuck with a broken car, and a car loan for a car we have not even taken possession of. Find another dealer who is honest. This was a huge mistake.

We bought a truck a little while ago and the check engine came on. We called them immediately and mention they would take care of it and know they don't want too pay for it. It's very frustrating when u barely buy a car and not even a week in te engine light turns on and they don't want to take care of it. Along they haven't sent the plates and it's almost been 2 months.DONT BUY YOURE CAR AT EASY AUTO .

Reported the smell of burning oil at time of sale along with some other issues. We were told everything will be checked out & taken care of & that the oil smell was burn off from a recent oil change. We took it to another mechanic & they called us in the shop to see all the oil leaks under the car. The rack&pinion had many leaks & oil line was almost severed. Took the report to the owner, Nick and we went to his mechanic with pictures. His mechanic said that I needed a new rack&pinion & a new oil line. Nick agreed to fix everything. When I got the car back the steering was so off I had to go directly to another mechanic. The steering had been put back together wrong which made it dangerous to drive and the 'new' rack & pinion' that was put in was salvage part with just as many leaks (not even rebuilt). I ended up paying over $1000 to get my car fixed and through a lawyer tried to get Nick to pay and his response was 'I'm not going to pay a damn penny and I'ill see you in court'.

Best prices...great costumer services...love my car and great people to deal with.. They tell you everything about the car and don't hide any thing.

Took my volvo in for heater and check engine light, the mechanic fixed that but was told upon sale they would fix the cracked window seals and didn't...said it wasnt an expensive enough car to dump money into, got my car back after dropping into the shop and had a bunch of dried white paint specks all over the car, also came back with alot of scapes into the metal from bumper to bumper. Was called a liar and cussed me out saying he will come repossess the car even though i paid on it and havnt missed a payment. Not violating my contract. was very nice upon sale, now treats me like a liar and a piece of dirt. Now have to get a lawyer involved and go to civil court if refusal to fix. It wasn't there when i bought it. 5 days later after dropping it off yesterday, the psint was completely messed up. Nick was screaming at me calling me a liar and threatening me. Had to call police. They are liars and will treat you horrible after sale!! Do Not Buy a car from them!! They will not care about you after sale and if its not a seriously expensive car.!!!!

Nasty shady and downright frauds please dont

If you want a nice vehicle at a good price and want a good experience and people willing to work with you I highly recommend these guys. I've dealt with several dealerships in Boise and so far these guys have been the best so far. I got a nice vehicle for a good price and so far only minor issues which they've agreed to fix for me. I don't have anything bad to say about these guys. They will also finance you, which most places won't do.

Worst place possible that you can buy a car. I know two other people including myself that got cars from these people and they all were pieces of crap once driven off the lot!! My husband was driving our audi we got on the freeway and the drivers seat fell off the hinges and he almost ran off the road!! The check engine light came on 1 day after I had it! They said I had a 90 day warranty....lied about that!! They wouldn't do crap when I called them! They also promised me it would report to my credit to help me build it...keep it mind this was the only reason I wanted a car in my name..no they lied. Shady people. Shame on you!!!

DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! JUST LOOK AT THE COMPLAINTS ON THE FACEBOOK PAGE!!!!! We bought a 2007 GTI on monday september 22. The salesperson assured my the car was in good running condition and that it had been inspected by their mechanic. I was also told the car comes with a 1 year warranty that covers the drivetrain and oil changes etc. Well on September 23rd the check engine light came on. I immediately called them to find out how to fix it. Well the owner was not in and he would have to call me back. He never did so I called the warranty company which informed me that the warranty does not kick in for 32 days. I took the car to my mechanic and found out it had a misfire code. The the #2 spark plug was bad, The #2 injector was bad and the engine has a massive amount of sludge build up. The car also has a leaky turbo and oil in the intercooler. Not sure how they masked that problem but the CEL had obviously been reset. They have now given me the run around for 1 week with no returned phone calls by the owner who is mysteriously never in! I would never buy anything from these guys and warn you to stay away!! I made a mistake and will never buy from a small car lot like this again!
