Their truck is on Orchard street by I-84 frequently, probably coming and going to the Humane Society. The truck is usually 10-15 mph over the speed limit, tailgating and lane changing without signalling. Today around 11:15 was racing from the airport area and then pulled into Wendy's on Orchard street for lunch. Bad for business, maybe should forward this complaint to the Police Department. We have enought idiot drivers in Boise as it is.
