Every time I would walk in to make a payment, their tellers treated me like crap... I'm giving you money... I'm paying your wages. What the hell?? There's plenty of deserving people in need of a job that would gladly take your place of you hate it that much. Every location in Boise was the same. Believe me I tried them all. And what agency doesn't take online banking?? That's unheard of nowadays, you have to walk into their building, heaven forbid you don't have a check because they won't take a debit card, and make you walk out to their drive up ATM so that you embarrass yourself in front of the vehice traffic, so they can charge you a fee to get your cash, then get to stand back in line for 30 mins. Ugh. Never been so happy to get rid of something so useless in my life. Hope your experience is better than mine. Good luck with that!

Do not use Caped. I was so excited to join up with them, but things just go downhill. We get charged overdraft fees when we are no where near overdraft. We dont make enough money to pay overdraft for just whatever they please.Also Dana the Nampa branch manager is the worst. She is cold and not understanding. She doesn't care if she keeps your account or not! I have talked to her twice and each time I have been approached with apathy and inconsideration. This is not customer service! She is smug and snobby and talks down to you. Although there are some great things about Caped, I will be closing my account with them.

I love this Credit Union. They are always friendly and easy to work with. The staff is very helpful and the rates seem to beat everyone else.
