Great customer service, very helpful. They ordered a part for my vacuum cleaner (and this model is no longer being made) and explained how to install the new belt.

Boise Sewing and Vacuum, has been the best with all round customer service. I've bought my last sewing machine and first embroidery machine from them, and am now a loyal customer. No one can go wrong buying a machine of any kind from them.
