As someone who has been trying to pick up the pieces from a divorce, and now the death of my only child, I have been gradually settling my debts over the past few years. I received a phone call from Dave back in October. My daughter had just been killed the month prior. I explained this to Dave, and told him that the last thing I was worried about at that time was my credit and/or collections. I was just trying to regain the will to live. He could care less and pretty much told me so during our conversation using vulgar language at will. I've paid every single bad debt I have, except the one represented by Action Collection Services, on sheer principle. Abusive and hateful words and phrases DO NOT get results from me. I received another call from him today, explaining why I have no desire to work with him and his company, reminding him of his rude and callous behavior in October, and he then proceeded to tell me that I never told him that my daughter had died. Because he is obviously a blatant liar and sociopath. As someone who has and currently works in collections I know that this harassment is illegal according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and would never personally open an account with a company that condones these horrible and illegal practices. I anxiously await the day that the working agents of this company receive their earned Karma, because they definitely have it coming to them.

This place is has some of the most inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with! Asking if I have grandparents to pay and how much my tax return will be?? None of their business! Rod, harrases me at my work place when I have asked several times to stop! I DO MY BEST HERE PEOPLE, BUT SOMETIMES MONEY CAN BE A HUGE DRAW BACK WHEN YOUR HOURS GET CUT AT WORK AND YOU ARE TRYING TO KEEP A ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD! down right jerk offs and I can't wait to be done with them!!

Run like you never ran before, away from this company to collect a debt for you. They do not like clients asking them to remove an error from their records. They are rude, mean and nasty. They answer the phone rude and it just gets worse from there. I am sorry I ever had to deal with them to resolve an error. They talk over you and just hang up if they don't like what you have to say. No matter how professional you are with them, they will still treat you like a diseased animal. They do not know how to do business professionally and must be on a quota system to collect money, because they do not like closing out an account that they cannot collect on. They brag on the amount that they collect, but you better not disagree with them or now you will become the villian that they will go after. BEWARE, don't say you weren't warned.
