As usual you all are responsive and quick. I am very happy that we used your firm to help us; I cannot sing your praises highly enough. With all the firms out there on the internet with more flashy and sophisticated websites, I couldnt be happier that we chose you. Your friendly and responsive communications won me over and has been very much appreciated throughout our transaction.

1. How was our customer service? Your customer service was very helpful, considerate and informative on how things may transpire. 2. Were you satisfied with the results of your data recovery? So far, everything is going great. We are up and running and now it is just putting all the data in from three weeks ago. 3. Is there anything we could have done better? Would you recommend A&D Data Recovery to others? Without a doubt. 5. Other comments. From the first phone call I made I have been 110% satisfied with Dustin and his crew. They were upfront and honest about the costs involved and were able to confidently assure me that they would do everything they could to get back my video and pictures. They advised me as to the success/failure statistics which allowed me to have reassurance without setting me up for a huge disappointment if it had not been successful. The video and pictures I thought I had lost were of my kids first swimming lessons. I have learned my lesson and will always back up my pictures. Yes, everything appears to be in order. 3. Is there anything we could have done better? No 4. Would you recommend A&D Data Recovery to others? Definitely. 5. Other comments? You might consider becoming a member of the Better Business Bureau or some other organization that allows a potential customer to check you out before turning over their personal data. With identity theft such that it is, it would have given me some comfort to be able to check A&D out and determine that it is a legitimate company. Excellent!!! 1. How was our customer service? Excellent. Information provided on phone was helpful and our questions were always answered. 2. Were you satisfied with the results of your data recovery? Yes, I am told that about 75% of the data was useable although they were disappointed a complete website that was finished did not come through. 3. Is there anything we could have done better? The turn around was a longer than we anticipated. 4. Would you recommend A&D Data Recovery to others? Yes we would. 5. Other comments.
