Charged Exorbitant Fee For Towing. Said high fee was required when called by the Highway patrol - but after contacting the Highway Patrol, the fee was up to the Towing Service - up to the Max - and the $224 Max was charged for a 1/4 mile tow.

H&H advertises payment plans to Seniors, Veterans, and SSI individuals. My mother whom is a senior inquired due to her vehicle not running. They promised her they had a plan for her. Once they saw her car would be costly to fix the plan was void. I do understand businesses have rules but they should notate that the plans provided are only for certain repairs. Secondly, the rudeness that the lady at the front desk expressed to my mother over the phone was specifically unnecessary. I would not EVER recommend H&H Truck and Jeep to anyone. There is a way to go about business and they handled this very poorly.

I have gotten towing, parts and repairs for my vehicle. Vince has always been honest and fair while providing excellent service. The Staff at H&H Truck & Jeep have been friendly and very helpful in getting just what I need done. I recommend them to others regularly.
