I took a gen into be fixed and they charged me 64.00 labor to replace a 3.99 gas line total charge for bill 74.78 the work was done by jeff, never will I go their again, and they had it for 3 full weeks, I am done with them;

Was promised something after waiting for my product for over 2 months to be delivered and it was conveniently forgotten. I then had a problem and was told that the part would be covered under warranty...BUT was told, after driving there over 30 minutes, that the part was not in and they would have to order it. I found it interesting that when I called later the same day, the part was in stock. Forgetting something is one thing..All out lying is another situation all together!!!! Last time I will be taken! Dont worry about calling me, I will get the part elsewhere!
