We have used Bella's for numerous times and have been very pleased with the grooming of our Maltese.

I took sammy in for a wash ,dip, and nails. They did excellent job. I will be returning soon!! They are also very affordable.

Reviews are not always written by actual clients. Bella's did take to heart the first review on this page. The groomer mentioned was not up to Bella's standards. She no longer with Bella's Paw Spa. She happens to be the person who wrote the second review. So be your own judge of the business. They have taken care of the problem. Also, take notice the third review, coincidentally written the same day...fake.

I tell them I don't want them to clip my dogs eye lashes, they do it anyway. They don't always smell clean after they are done. They have razor burns. They don't require a vaccine report from veterinarians. They're could be all kinds of diseases here. Like kennel cough/bordatella and all kinds of other things.

Don't trust them! They owe people money, and by people I mean me.

If there was a rating for zero stars I would have to give it to this business. The owner, Amanda, is the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I feel sorry for the employees because she apparently is a miserable, miserable woman. I called to ask why my dog still had fleas when I picked her up. She tried to make me believe they jumped on her in the kennel...when she never got back in the kennel. Further, when I asked what shampoo they used so that we could use the same at home, she jumped all over me and told me don't come back. If that is what business acumen has been reduced to here in Bogalusa, we have a very, very sad future. I not only moved our business with our puppy, I moved my fiancé's and mother's pets as well. She's incredibly too rude and racist for us to continue to patronize her.
