We started with Keith Zars Pools as they were supposed to be the "premier pool company". They treated us like they WERE the premier company and we had to just take what they designed. We didn't feel comfortable, so we called Canyon Creek. Dennis made a special trip out on a Saturday morning, proving to us that he WANTED our business. He told us that we really needed to work with his design guy, Kevin, because he would help us with our vision. Dennis and Kevin came out the following Monday, at the time we requested. While we talked to Dennis (he likes to talk!), Kevin was busy measuring things and drawing us up a sketch of what he saw, and how we could best work in what we wanted. Kevin had a final drawing in a couple of days, a few tweaks, and we had the pool we wanted! During the building phase, they kept us informed and all of the workers were pleasant and respectful of us and our property. Dennis promised us we would have our pool open on the July 4th weekend. On the Friday before, he was personally out there getting it completed and filled for our use that weekend. They are an awesome company. I would NEVER use anyone else.

They always give the respond with " we will have some go out"

Always have to call over 3 to 4 times.



I need tile replace and have called 3 times and always we will send someone out. 2 months later, still waiting.

Canyon Creek built my pool and I had had nothing but expensive problems with it. They have stopped returning my calls, which seems very unprofessional. I have hired another pool company to fix continuing problems.
