The place doesn't deserve a star, but I was forced to provide at least 1 to get this review up. I spent 2 hours listening to the owner complain because his FREE PIZZA wasn't ready in an hour "They are just aggravating customers". When I asked for change so I could actually give the person that did my nails more than a $5 tip, he flat out rolled his eyes at me. The person that did my nails ran off before I even knew she was done - nails not cut evenly, there is a section that was to be clipped on my big toe; they didn't even touch it. They charge $26 and claim to provide you with a "Manicure & SPA PEDICURE", yet if you go to a place that charges you $15 for a Manicure & Pedicure; your legs get rubbed, feet rubbed, and all your nails are not only trimmed but they are done so evenly. Not a single one of those things were provided by this place. I could have done a better job at my home, as well as not have to listen to some stuck up man complain about how long his FREE PIZZA was taking.

Could be classier the way clients are treated; some operators are quite good. Owner rather indifferent. Often must wait for appointment. Not always well air conditioned. Modest prices, but one gets what one pays for.

Don't bother. They are disorganized, even though I made an appointment. The technician has no business doing nails. She cut them way too short and one was cut at an angle. I will end up with ingrown toenails. All because I had a coupon. Next time I will pay more at another place.
