I bought a head for my sign machine from STS. It had a 3-year warranty, after 1 year the head completely stopped working and I had a technician come to look at it. When I tried to get in contact with Shahar he was trying to tell me it wasn't the head even though the technician said it was. Then he started to be rude and say he doesn't give warranties but when I bought it he said it came with a 3-year warranty. It's up to you if you want to do business with this company, I had a bad experience.

Half filled inks. 20% of it will be defective. Destroy the print head longevity by 50%. Not worth saving 20-30 dollars per cartridge.

I am computer technitian, and a have a lot of customers that complain about how often they have to buy new cartridges. I found these guys looking on google, and went to their office to check it out. They have amazing machines. They refill desktop inkjet cartridges, toner cartridges and cartridges for wide-format (plotters and big graphic printers). Go see it!

hey folks... i was hearing a lot of people talking about switching over to ink refilling instead of buying new cartridges and it made sense to me so i tried refilling it myself and it's way too messy if you don't know what to do. i recommend sts because they helped me set up a machine and station to refill and now it's easy as cake. my friends always come over to use it too, i defintely recommend this company if you're interested in refilling your ink.

I just wanted to let anyone that is considering refilling their ink to go with sts refill tech. no other ink refilling machine compares. I'm a university art student and go through ink cartridges like crazy. I have tried different machines that refill ink, even ones from walgreens, but the ones I used from sts are so easy and clean to use. It's fun too, knowing that I do good for the envt. So it's a win-win situation for me. Oh and one more thing, their customer service is really great too, they are always there when I need them. Thanks guys!!

I have used STS REFILL TECHNOLOGY as my inkjet refilling machine source for two years and I have only good things to say about them. Their machines are so easy to use that my customer list is growing purely based on word-to-mouth advertising. I had a techinical question a few weeks ago and their support representative was A+; called me back right away and was super hepful. Their facility is in Boca Raton where I visited them before I bought, and they are friendly and welcome visits. I would recommend this company for anyone that is interested in saving money in refilling ink cartridges.
