I feel fortunate to have selected Nicole Ramdeen from Stirling Insurance Services to fulfill my Insurance needs. Nicole is knowledgeable in insurance matters and exceedingly responsive to handling my Insurance requirements in a timely manner.

Stirling Insurance has been in my family for 30+ years! They have always had quality customer service and Terry took good care of my mom for years after my dad passed; her home, car and investments. During this past year when my mom passed away, John and Lisa helped me through all of my responsibilities with much care and concern, including helping me upgrade and insure her home, of which I am now the proud owner! If you want professional, throrough, caring and quality customer service, Stirling is your choice of insurance services!

Called Stirling when my home owners insurance increased rates. Lisa at Sterling took on my case, worked diligently and fast. She saved me $1,000 on a policy with more coverage and from the same company!!!! A win, win company.

Our company has commercial Insurance with Stirling for a long time now , and they give us outstanding service. Also a couple of our employees have Life insurance policy's with them . You will love doing business with them.

They have the best customer service second to none, the agents are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile.

This not a hate review. I had them for over 3 yrs and they were good. However, now there is different agent there named Demar who i dealt with. I asked for multiple quotes because I considered switching my insurer.... it took him almost a wk to send me ONLY 1 quote. It took several days of me calling before I even got it as well. I dont know what has changed at Stirling but yeah, I switched and couldnt be happier.

My agent, Jeremy, is thorough, clear, and very knowledgeable. He helped me secure coverage for everything I have, including my car, home, jewelry, and business. He really knows how to explain complicated coverages to layperson. He saved me a ton of money, and I would recommned him to all of my firends and family.

Excellent customer service.....they really listen and take time to service the client.. Also offer a variety of competitive products and deal with large reputable companies.

My agent Lisa at Stirling insurance has provided me with the best insurance rates I was able to find in south Florida. She has been prompt with all my requests, and has provided insurance for many of my friends who are also very happy with the excellent service they provide.

I have had a great experience working with the staff at Stirling Insurance. They have been able to provide multiple options for all my families insurance needs. Everytime I visited their office they have welcome me with a smiling face and a warm welcome!

I needed help filling out paperwork. Spoke with a woman that goes by the name shellie, she was so mean and snippy she didnt even listen to what i was asking her, she just jumped to conclusions. it was INSANITY, My face was so red by the time I got off the phone with her. If you can avoid talking to her I would recomend it unless you like to argue with some one and not get anything accomplished.
