Rented tow-able, electric lift for weekend w/defective batteries & defective charger. Got stuck in lift basket in the air. Wasted a lot of time w/equipment. Batteries would only charge to 25% capacity and only ran for 3 hours intermittently each day.

Business run by absentee owner who is rude, won't give you equal time to communicate and offered no assistance. He would not believe me that electrical components on machine were defective; called me a Weekend Warrior who did not know how to operate machine. I am a retired state licensed contractor w/ electrical eng. degree and have operated much larger pcs of machinery.
Only completed 50% of my work. Asked for 50% refund and he said NO. Also, owner pretended to be someone when I called in for assistance by giving an another name.
Business is not truthful, does not maintain the equipment & no customer service on weekend and rented me defective equipment. It would be best to look elsewhere for your rental needs. john Deerfield Bch.
