HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT! I used to go sometimes bc the tech I saw did good work although she wasn't warm or welcoming. But it was quick & convenient & I could get in at the last minute for a pretty good job. Nothing beyond that - no frills or friendly staff - they acted like they were doing me a favor to do my nails. After the new owner bought it things really went more downhill -it started to be dirty & the customer service got even worse. The techs all ignored their clients & just worked while talking to each other in their language and it seemed like they were gossiping about the clients because they would point, look & laugh. The energy became uncomfortable & I didn't really go much anymore, plus they raised their prices. Finally the last time I went was because I really needed to get my nails done & couldn't get in anywhere else. I had been getting the Shellac gel manicures elsewhere &loved them. So I got my pedicure and then asked for a French shellac. My tech mixed products, using a Gelish basecoat, Shellac pink, and Geleration for the white tip and top coat. I expressed concern but she told me it was fine. She also did the white tip in a totally different way that I had gotten at the other, nicer places and I told her this too & she told me the other people didn't know what they were doing & it would be fine. I Googled it after & she was wrong & the other way was right. They looked good when she finished so I paid (and they are expensive for their gel manicures, especially if you have any to remove which they also don't do properly & soak it off - they actually used a drill on my natural nails to get most of it off & then soaked them in a bowl of acetone for 2 minutes & then used a metal pusher to rip it off of my nail bed, destroying my previously healthy nails). Anyway, they started lifting & chipping that night & by the next morning most had peeled off just like they were stickers. I called right away & they told me they couldn't get me back in until Saturday night! It was Tuesday morning! So I just paid all of this money to get my nails done & wasted my time basically to get my nail beds messed up in a painful way & to be told I was wrong again & again and now they couldn't fit me in to fix the polish for an entire week?!! I was really upset but I waited & actually didn't make plans for Saturday night JUST so I could go there after closing (the time the owner told me) to get my nails fixed. I got there at the time he said & she wasn't anywhere near done - she was just starting with another client. So I waited 40 minutes until she finished that client & she actually said in front of me to the owner that she didn't want to stay any later to fix my nails &she wanted to leave to go out because it was Saturday night. I was so upset I almost started crying & she said fine that she would do me. Then she refused to do the Shellac on me. She told me that it doesn't work on all people & that if it peeled off then obviously I was one of those people. I told her I had been getting it done elsewhere for months with no problems & she argued with me & flat out refused to do what I wanted. Regular polish or nothing. I guess bc it is faster & she wanted to leave. I asked to talk to the owners who told me that if that's what she said then they couldn't do anything about it & I could take the regular polish or nothing at all. I was so upset that I said to cancel the other appointment that I had set up & that I just wanted a refund & I would never come back. The owner took $7 in cash from his register & tossed it at me. When I asked what that was bc I had paid over $30 he told me that she still did the whole manicure & this was just the difference in cost for the gel polish. Are you kidding me? None of them cared AT ALL when I expressed how upset & unhappy I was - they just let me walk out without a glance. TERRIBLE PLACE - DON'T GO HERE!

Horrible experience....They seem to get off on knocking other salons work. When in fact there shortcoming are monumental. They don't even have proper chairs for customers to sit on. They're stools with rollers!!! The work is below subpar Only went because my regular girl at another salon was on vacation, bad move. BEWARE of their hidden costs. They charge $10 to remove cuticles....

I had been a customer for year...

I had been a customer for years, always got great service, tipped well and was happy with the service. When I complained about service I received, they argued with me and basically told me it was not possible, that all of their people were well trained. So, as a customer, I guess you are only right or entitled to voice your opinion to management, if you like the service you get. They will no longer have my business, nor will I ever refer anyone there. I give them three stars only because they are very clean and there are some real great girls there. But if don’t like the service you get, forget trying to get restitution from management, you will only be disappointed and out the money you spent on bad service.

I normally don't write reviews but his one extremely bad experience needed to be told so that other people do not get exposed to the rudeness of these people. My daughter paid her manicure in advance. The girl did her manicure and as it iwas just about to finish, a man, another manicurist and the one doing the nails started barking in a language that nobody could understand. Then, they told my daughter in English that she should not have paid in advance because she should have paid $4.00 more for what she had done. We would have paid the $4.00 if they had asked politely and nicely but they were aggressive and lacking customer respect. As we walked out, my daughter told them that they had just lost 2 customers. The little woman walked us to the door and said: "Thank you, we are busy anyway!".
