Staff is very friendly and there waiting room is very clean and neat. They also have free WiFi if you need to wait plus a tv you can watch.

My husband & I do not recommend any Gold Coast Tire locations after what we dealt with one of their scams. If we had not known to double check their service, they would have taken advantage of naïve customers.

I had the 30,000 Maintenance Service Package done on my Toyota Corolla 2009 at Gold Coast Tire of Coconut Creek. The next morning, I checked the cabin air filter & the engine air filter, and neither had been replaced and were both still very dirty. After looking on the Good Year website and the sign posted in their office, it is listed that on a 30,000 maintenance service package, both filters are included in the service. I called Gold Coast Tire of Coconut Creek, and questioned this. I was told that the 30,000 mile service only included oils/liquids and no filters. I was also told that if I did want the engine filter replaced that would have been an additional charge of $59.95. I then called Gold Coast Tire of Boca Raton and asked the representative if the cabin air filter and engine air filter were included in the 30,000 Maintenance Service Package and if there were any additional costs for this. I was told that they were both included and there were no additional costs for this.

I went in person to the Gold Coast Boca and told them that the coconut creek office didn’t change the filters but charged us for them (not cheap at $99/hr for their service plus filters!) and that both filters are to be included in the service we purchased. The Boca Office then told us only 1 filter was included. At this point, we had been told 3 different stories about what this package included. If none of the employees know what is included in the packages here, but are charging you the same price, I would be cautious about having work done on your car here. They were no help, were getting very mad with us as we pointed out the sign on the wall that states what the package includes. They did not solve anything for us. We do not recommend any Gold Coast Tires, and feel that this is one of those scamming auto places to avoid.
