This terrible experience happened at the Boca Town Center mall Nordstrom location. 



This store gave me the worst customer service experience of my life! I went in to buy makeup and waited for 20 minutes at MAC while the woman who said she was going to help chased after two other people. These woman were not here just to pick up makeup. They wanted someone to go over product use with them. I decide to walk away. Then I went to the men's department to buy the new Chanel fragrance as a gift. First I was told they didn't have it, by a very snobby woman, and when I told her I can see it she then decide to walk the 3 feet she needed to retrieve it. After that I ask her the cost to which she responded, "I don't know. I have to go help that man. He's a real customer." She then took the gift set and shoved it in my hands ran off. I was so disgusted I just took the box and threw it on the table and walked out. I have NEVER been so disrespected in my life! 



I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this place consistently. After this terrible experience, I will never come back to this store again. You guys really need to look into the people you hire
