He did surgery on our children and he is the best. Appointment times are accurate. Staff is outstanding. Dr. Wirtschafter deserves even higher marks!

Dr. Wirtschafter treated my Vocal Cord Cancer and preformed surgery. He is a great doctor and saved my life. I am very grateful of him.

I had a Septoplasty, Secondary Rhinoplasty, and Sinus Surgery. I received great care at the hospital and the clinic; it was an excellent surgical procedure. Everything was done correctly and my healing has been doing great! I can breathe 100% better. Dr. Nachlas is very precise and reasonably willing to do exactly as you need. They make the patient happy, but they’re realistic at the same time.

My MD gave me a couple names for septoplasty and Dr. Nachlas was one of the highly recommended doctors. I'd say that my first visit with him was perfect. Everything was done smoothly and comfortable. I had an infection and they took care of that after it happened, so I didn’t have any problems with the whole procedure. The results came out better than expected, actually. I think it was a success and so I’m very pleased with the way they handled their business. If you need anything done, I recommend you check with Dr. Moynihan first.

Dr. Nachlas’ experience motivated me to select him for sinus surgery. It’s not a big deal at all. It’s an important procedure, bit it’s painless and the results are fantastic! I saw results after just two days…

I had Mohs surgery and Dr. Nachlas put it all back together. After the surgery he cleaned and stitched it back up in no time. He explained everything upfront so I had no surprises. It’s hard to believe it was even there. By far, he is excellent. I don’t think I have ever run across an office so well organized and efficient.

The sinus surgery and nose reconstruction procedure was easy. Of course there was anxiety because it’s a major surgery and it’s a face changer, but I recommend it to anybody who is thinking about it. I am more confident about the way I look and my overall breathing is amazing! Dr. Nachlas is so meticulous and what he did for my face is perfect. He’s extremely talented and amazing at what he does. Now that it’s done, I wish I had done it sooner.

Dr. Nachlas was the best choice I felt I could make for a Revision Rhinoplasty. Everything was done well at all times and I feel good. I look natural rather than man-made, so I couldn’t ask for more. Dr. Nachlas is excellent at what he does and he is pleasant in person. He’s a great surgeon in the aesthetic, artistic sense. I never had any complaints and couldn’t be more satisfied. It was great.

I had nasal surgery in July with Dr. Nachlas that involved computer-assisted sinus surgery and a polyp was removed, nasal obstruction corrected, turbinate reduction, and septoplasty to fix a deviated septum. it’s been a complete turnaround. My nostrils were not working in the sense that I couldn’t breathe through them, I didn’t have a sense of smell which also interrupted the sense of taste, and there was constant draining This went on for 6 or 7 years and so I was frustrated and miserable. Now after the surgery I’m breathing! I said to a friend of mine, it’s so odd that I can smell things now, that I can smell everything, it makes me kind of sick! If I’m in a restaurant, I can smell stuff. This hasn’t happened in over 7 years. To be able to do that, it’s like experiencing everything over again and experiencing food again. All I can say is it’s been wonderful and I highly recommend Dr. Nachlas!

Going through surgery with Dr. Nachlas’ care all around was just amazing. When you have something as invasive as a surgery you want to make sure that what you are doing is the right thing. Dr. Nachlas’ experience and his bedside manner are very supportive of being able to make that right kind of decision. I have mentioned him to people that I know who have been suffering from similar problems, such as a deviated septum.



For me, he verified the cause of my problems to the maximum. He did the correct type of discovery by taking a scan of my sinuses aside from looking up there with a probe. The fact that I am not suffering from debilitating sinus infections is really the result that I was looking for. They were just getting worse and worse over the last 10 years and it caused me to have to withdraw from activities that I enjoyed doing. It was very much of a problem, from just a quality of life standpoint. But after my surgery I have been able to return to a level where I am not getting painful sinus headaches anymore due to sinus infections. I am able to breathe better through my nose due to the increased size of the nasal passages from this surgery.
