Very professional company and inspection reports. They were fast and easy to schedule with, always answered the phone and were available. After the inspection the report came out the same day before my closing deadline and it was very detailed. Great follow up too!

Wow, what an excellent company! I called this morning needing an inspection this afternoon because my other inspector I had scheduled didn't show up and today was the last day for the inspection. Not only did Chris fit it in at 6pm today, he also was able to schedule a pest inspector too. The home was a foreclosure and even though he started at 6 he took his time and was very thorough. He found mold in the garage that came from the shower above that I didn't even see and let me know the flat roof needed to be replaced even though it is only 8 years old and the seller said it was fine. The best part is he sent the report as soon as the inspection was done which I needed because I was out of time! I'm very happy and highly recommend Chris and his company!

I hired Chris back in 7/3/2014 to inspect a mobile/manufactured home I was about to buy in cash. At that time, I gave him 5 stars for the job done (US $ 229 paid). He mapped just one (1) major issue: the roof needed to be completely redone.



Now, several months later, I feel obligated to give him only 2 stars due to the poor job done. You can use this review to include my issues listed here as bullet points for your next inspection.



I spent more the US 7,000 to fix several things that - if I knew upfront - would prevent me to buy the home in the first place.



- Bathroom 1 had a broken bathtub drain beyond repair and a leaking old toilet, what leaded me to remove the old bathtub and toilet and renovate the whole thing.

- Bathroom 2 had another broken toilet and a plastic shower floor detaching from the ground and causing leaking. Full of mold too. I needed to renovate this unit too.

- Electrical system was poorly wired and loads were not properly balanced, making the circuit breaker trip every single time I have to much stuff on. Several code violations too. It cost me a lot to fix this.

- A/C ducts were full with mold, dust and debris, making my wife and daughter sick 1 month after we moved on.

- Dishwasher was broken and leaking dirty water.

- Several power outlets were not working, even after the inspector report said they were.



That's it.

They were very easy to work with around our hectic schedule. The termite inspection went smooth and I was left very informed regarding my future investment. I will be using them for several other home inspections.
