The staff seemed to act like they were doing us a favor in gracing us with their presence. All 4 meals came to the table either lukewarm or cold. The steaks were wrong & full of fat.

After waiting for the food to come back (in which not a single staff member apologized) they were burnt & not able to eat I sought out the manager - who seemed indifferent to our experience. We asked instead of waiting for a 2 new meals to be prepared - to just give us a fresh one to take home and we'd deal with it tomorrow. They actually charged us $50 for the replacement meal that was going home. I asked the manager about it & he said "Its our policy to charge for anything that leaves through the front door"

We told him to take it back - I didn't need to pay $50 to reheat a meal, so he took it back with an attitude.

if you want service commensurate with the price this is NOT the place to go.

Besides the restaurant being very crowed and extremely loud - the service was slow and inattentive.

Best steak and seafood in town. Superb service and friendly staff. Always have a great experience.
