The bill has more than once been significantly higher than what was disclosed to me at the beggining and these charges and/or services were never discussed with me prior to incurrment. Each time I would arrive and be sideswiped with hundreds of dollars more than what I was told when the care my pet needed was discussed. I realize some things are unpredictable but I would have prefered to have a little more information prior to occurring the charges.I believe whole heartedly in giving my pets the care they need to be in good health and out of pain. His office and facility is nice, clean and he has a good personality but some improvement is needed with explanations and informing pet care givers about costs! I would like to have known how my emergency deposit was used in 24 hours and then 2-3 times as much was added afterward when proceedures were added on;I was told one price and thought my deposit would cover almost half but was shocked to find out it was not!
