I paid in full, in advance, due to their requirement because of cement being mixed prior to pour.

I was scheduled for a 2 porch pour. They arrived 4+ hours late. The concrete was already setting and the pour to my front porch was disastrous. They did not have enough to pour the other porch. When questioned about it, they said they would not be back.

I called the main office and asked for the owner. The smart remark I received was, " you will have to call Mexico." They hung up. I called again and asked for the manager-he has yet to return my call, I then later called for the HR department and was told that I could not get my money back and they would not be returning to repair the front porch or complete the side porch.

I am out of the money for the porch and do not know what it will cause to tear out their mess and repour.

I rate this a ZERO (o) star, but that was not an option.
