i called in a order on feb 14th. upon arrival i encountered a employee attempting to run a credit card for a patron. i stood there behind this couple for ten minutes only to have another employee walk up with the telephone in his apron still on. preventing the first patron from running the card. the employee with the phone took over for the first employee running the card 5 minutes later i asked the employee could he go get my call-in order from the back? he said just one minutes please so again i wait. while still waiting another white couple comes up behind me waiting to pay their tab after eating. this employee completely ignores me and cashes out their ticket. highly upset by this time and 20 minutes later after arrivial i ask the employee "i guess i'm standing here for my health? huh?' He asks me like a idiot do i still want my order? i said yes on his way to the back to retrieve my order he stops at a table to see if the people who are actually eating..NOT ME! if they are ok? then turns and looks in my face as if to say hurry up and wait. My valentines day was completely ruined by this establishment and its employees. I wish i could critic the food but i never got a chance to actually eat it.i
