In reading the review above sounds like the owner was being honest and saying that he forgot. I received a quote from the owner he was extremely professional and very reasonable. My neighbors on both sides have used Palmetto Porches and we're thrilled with the results. I am for sure going to use them.

Palmetto Porches has done pavers, garage door screen for me...very happy with their work and so are all my neighbors. Very fast on repairs if you need them. I am about to call back today to enlarge my screen porch & needed the phone. Saw review below ?????

terrible, owner was to meet me at my house to give estimate, calls me 45 mins after appt. and says he forgot about me. I asked him if that's the way he works on houses and he told me to forget about it. Hmm must have too much business. Workmanship must be the same.
