Over the course of a month we dealt with Ms. Emily Keller and Ms. Misti Pinckney, Paralegals in the office, as well as Ms. Banis, via E-mails and phone calls. They were always professional and knowledgeable. Any communication had an immediate response and follow-up. We have already recommended this firm to the other party in our transaction, since their experience with their legal representative was far from stellar.
